About me

Hi, I’m Alex Handy — a UX designer who loves creating accessible user experiences that are easy to navigate. I’m Minnesota-raised, Chicago-educated, and always exploring new ways design can make everyday moments feel a little smoother.

I got my start in UX at IDeaS Revenue Solutions, where I learned how much fun it is to talk to users, map their journeys, and bring clarity to complex workflows. Since then, I’ve worked across research, prototyping, usability testing, and interface design — contributing to teams at IDeaS, Infosys, and DePaul University. 

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me exploring new cities, playing the piano, or doing a little bit of video editing. At my core, I’m driven by a curious nature and the belief that good design should make life a bit easier.
